Winter Games in Stayner 6-9 Mar, 2008
East Wins! East Wins! Eastern
Region won the Gold Medal at the OWG on Sunday 9th
of March 2008.
They lost to
undefeated Southern 6-2 on Saturday and 8-6 to Western
on Friday to finish round-robin play with a 3 win,
2 loss record. Southern finished first in the
round robin and with that had a direct entry into
the Final on Sunday afternoon. East finished
third in round robin play with West in 2nd place..
East defeated West 5-2 in the
semi-final Sunday morning where they advanced to the
final against Southern Sunday winning 8-4. Eastern
Region is the Ontario Winter Games Gold Medal Winners.

The ERRA AAA
Team won Gold at the 2004 Ontario Winter Games. It was the fourth
consecutive Gold Medal for the East at the OWG's. The Team participated
in up to 3 Challenge Cup tournaments during the 2003 -2004 season

March 2004.
