All complaints, etc must go throught their own Association Representative first.

*Please note only NCRRL Executive, Association Presidents and their Ice Schedulers are to contact the NCRRL Ice Scheduler.   Once a schedule is issued any schedule changes are to be agreed upon by the two teams involved, and only then submitted to the League on the Home Team's Association Online Reports.   Re-scheduling disputes are to be resolved by the Division Convenor. This is the ONLY acceptable method of reporting schedule changes.
