OFFICIATING CLINICS

Cost of clinics - Clinic material, and cost of ice and classrooms is much more expensive than the previous clinics simply because of the material given to officials a tclinics. A cost analysis has been provided by our Treasurer to show how much each clinic will cost depending upon the number of participants. One of the things that has driven up the costs is participants registering for a clinic and then not showing up. ERRA has to order course material for the clinics based upon the numbers it knows will attend. When they don't show up that material still has to be paid for. It also gives us an appearance of thinking classes are full only to find we could have accommodated other participants who because of numbers may be turned away. A new procedure has been put in place to help alleviate the problem of participants registering for clinics and then not showing up or cancelling at the last minute. See below, or it may be found here.
