Match Penalties
-
(a) Automatice 3 Game Suspension if received during game.
(b). Automatic five (5) game suspension if received after the game or
after the player in question has been
asked to leave the ice and return to
the dressing room.
The occurrence of a match penalty
will automatically be subject to a League Judicial Hearing. |
| Reoccurrence by
the same player or same coaching staff of (a) results in automatic five
(5) game suspension and of (b) results in automatic ten (10) game suspension,
and also is subject to a League Judicial Hearing. |
Excessive Penalties.
A player who received 10 minutes in accumulated penalty time, overtime
included, shall be ejected from the remainder of the game.The player
shall be suspended from the next regularly scheduled game.
A coach who's team received 30 minutes in accumulated penalty time,
overtime included, shall be suspended from the next regularly scheduled
game. |

This form is to be submitted as soon as possible
after each game of the Suspension. When the
Suspension has been fully served a copy the original Game Sheet the
penalty occrured in, along
with a copy of every game the player sat out showing her name clearley
crossed of and marked "Serving Game # 1, 2 or 3, etc of a Suspension
must be submitted to the ERRA G&T Coord.

While Submiting this form,if you get an ERROR Message of any kind,
PLEASE Press your Browser BACK BUTTON in the top left corner of

your ERROR Message says something to the effect of: "Sorry,
but I cannot figure out who sent you here. Your browser is not sending
an HTTP_REFERER. If you are using Norton Firewall (any version),
please see the Norton support site."
| The
"fix" is in your own computer in the Norton Internet
Security files. One of our users, Fred Black from Nepean, experimented
with the instructions from the Norton Support Site. It worked
without any error messages.. The procedure is basically what
Norton suggests on its web site but making the change for "www.sibername.biz"
(where the form is actually going) rather than the NCCRL address.
The step by step procedure is: |

Open Norton Internet
Security, click on "Privacy Control" and then "Configure".

|
Click on
"Advanced" in the window that pops up. |
| |
|
Another window
will pop up, click on "Add Site" and then enter "www.sibername.biz"
in the box that opens. |

Back to the
"Advanced" window, Uncheck "Use Default Settings"
under "Information about visited sites" (2nd block
of things on the right) and then select "Permit" instead
of "Permit Same Site". |

Click "OK"
in the "Advanced" window and then "OK" in
the "Configure" window. |
If
this does not help you can still try the previous "fix":
Before Fred's techinical fix above, I found that
when my form was all filled in ready to submit, by clicking on my
Norton Internet Security Icon in the Lower Right hand corner of
my screen, I was able to select "disable" which then allowed
me to click Submit with no error message. As soon as I submitted
the form, I immediately selected "enable" my Norton Security
System again. My Internet Security was
off for approximately 3 seconds..
Pressing the submit button will deliver this report by email
directly to
everyone who has a need to know.
